Youth Counselor Supervisor

The Youth Counselor Supervisor oversees the living unit for adolescent female youth, ensuring their security, health, and safety needs are met. The role involves managing and evaluating the work of Youth Program Specialist II staff, coordinating youth treatment services, and resolving issues related to individualized treatment plans. On-call responsibilities and participation in staff meetings are also included.
