The role is a permanent part‑time position based at Foyer Central in Chippendale, providing day‑to‑day support, coaching and case management for young people aged 18‑22 who have lived experience of out‑of‑home care. Working within a trauma‑informed, coaching framework, the coach will manage a caseload of up to 12 participants, facilitate group activities, and support pathways into education, training and employment.
