Youth Development Coach

The Youth Development Coach supports the Breakthrough Youth Network by providing organized instruction and facilitation for out-of-school time programs, including after-school and summer day camps for students in kindergarten through 8th grade. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters academic growth and social-emotional development. The position involves collaborating with the team to implement developmentally appropriate strategies and assisting with program operations and data entry.
