Youth Development Coach

The Youth Development Coach provides individualized guidance, counseling, and case management services to high school students within the NDA After-School Program. This role involves assisting participants with academic, financial, and professional goals while facilitating workshops on social-emotional learning, career readiness, and college preparation. The position also requires coordinating program activities, maintaining participant records, and collaborating with industry partners and SYEP/WLG programs.
