Youth Development Director

The Youth Development Director provides cause-driven leadership for before and after school care, summer camp, and teen programs at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. This role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, program development, and fiscal management while ensuring compliance with state licensing and association standards. The position also involves active participation in the annual support campaign and fostering a welcoming, inclusive community culture.
