Youth Development Educator

This position serves as a Youth Development Educator for the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County, implementing youth development programming at schools, community organizations, camps, and other community-based settings. The role involves delivering and coordinating educational programs focused on leadership, financial literacy, STEM, healthy living, and life skills while supporting 4-H initiatives and community outreach efforts. The position requires collaboration with schools, families, and partners to promote positive youth development and workforce readiness.
