Youth Development Officer

The Youth Development Officer plays a key role in promoting the inclusion, wellbeing, and development of young people in Randwick City. This position works closely with the community and stakeholders to implement initiatives that build the capacity and resilience of young people while creating opportunities for them to participate in community life. The role involves developing and promoting youth-focused programs, contributing to youth-related policies, and collaborating with Council teams to improve outcomes for young people.
