The Youth Development Professional – GYM creates, plans, and supervises high-quality sports and recreation programs in gym and field spaces, ensuring they are safe, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive for all youth. This part-time role supports the Boys & Girls Club by fostering physically and emotionally safe environments, promoting healthy lifestyles, and encouraging teamwork and leadership among members. The professional is responsible for aligning programming with grant goals, tracking participation data, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
