The Youth Development Professional (Sports Coordinator) supports the delivery of high-quality sports, fitness, recreation, and healthy lifestyle programming for youth ages 5 to 18 at Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and program support to help members build teamwork, confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and positive relationships. Working under the direction of Club leadership, the sports Coordinator helps plan, lead, set up, supervise, and evaluate athletic activities, leagues, clinics, games, tournaments, and special events.
