Youth Development Professional (YDP)

Youth Development Professionals facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities for youth and teens, focusing on academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles. The role involves planning daily group activities, providing mentorship and guidance, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all Club Members. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in high-energy settings with diverse groups of young people.
