Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional assists in the development and operation of a quality school-age childcare program for children ages 6–12, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware standards. The role involves delivering age-appropriate programs, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as a positive role model for youth. This position requires collaboration with the Childcare or Program Director to supervise children and foster productive relationships with parents, school staff, and the community.
