Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional assists in the development and operation of a quality school-age childcare program at Sunnyside Elementary School, ensuring compliance with Delaware state licensing requirements. This role involves delivering age-appropriate programs for children ages 6–12, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as a positive role model within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. The position requires collaboration with the Childcare or Program Director to supervise children and foster productive relationships with parents and school staff.
