Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional plans and implements developmentally appropriate programs and activities for youth members at the Southwood Club location. This part-time role focuses on ensuring the emotional and physical safety of groups of at least 15 youth while fostering healthy relationships and modeling positive values. The position reports to the Unit Director and is responsible for delivering an optimal Club experience aligned with the organization's mission.
