Youth Development Professional

This part-time position supports the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Indiana by creating a safe, engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and succeed. The role involves building meaningful relationships with members, providing consistent supervision, and supporting daily Club operations to promote academic success, good character, and healthy lifestyles. The Youth Development Professional facilitates structured activities, manages group dynamics, and ensures the safety and well-being of all members.
