Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional oversees students to ensure their safety and support their growth through active supervision and engagement. The role involves planning and facilitating academic, recreational, and social-emotional activities while maintaining a clean and organized afterschool environment. This position also includes assisting with student hygiene, tracking attendance, and supporting families by communicating needs to coordinators.
