Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional assists program leaders in planning and leading activities within a specific program area at the Red Shield Youth Center, supporting priority outcomes and fostering an engaging environment for youth development. This role involves collaborating with Salvation Army Officers to ensure the center provides enriching experiences that help youth develop Christ-like character and leadership skills. The position also includes maintaining operational standards, monitoring program safety and quality, and assisting with outreach efforts to sustain membership.
