Youth Development Specialist I

The Youth Development Specialist I supports the daily implementation of youth programs and activities focused on academic enrichment, recreation, healthy lifestyles, and positive youth development for members ages 6–17. This role plays an important part in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive Clubhouse environment where youth feel supported and encouraged. The position involves building positive relationships with youth, serving as a positive role model, and assisting with educational and recreational activities.
