Youth Development Staff

This role is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and positive Club experience for youth members while embracing the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo. The position involves teaching Social Emotional Learning skills, planning high-yield activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Staff members will work closely with programmers to deliver high-quality targeted programs and ensure the physical and emotional safety of all members.
