Youth Development

This position supports the YMCA's work by developing, organizing, and implementing childcare summer camps, after-school care, and various youth programs. The role involves building relationships with community members, ensuring program quality and compliance, and directly supervising program coordinators. It focuses on expanding programming, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of inclusion and servant leadership within the Youth Development team.
