Youth Engagement Coordinator

The Summer Youth Engagement Coordinator supports Kid Power's inclusive summer programming by fostering a positive environment focused on social-emotional learning and direct youth engagement. This on-site role assists staff in maintaining program culture, implementing behavior support strategies, and ensuring meaningful participation for over 1,000 annual youth participants. The position requires working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, across offices, schools, and community locations to provide essential second-line support.
