Youth Facility Staff

Under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor, this role supervises and cares for residents in the detention and/or treatment wings of a Youth Facility on an assigned shift. The position ensures resident safety, security, and adherence to conduct standards while providing counseling, monitoring activities, and supporting their physical and emotional well-being. The role also involves implementing treatment programs, documenting observations, and assisting with daily facility operations and youth transportation.
