Youth Housing Support - Rover

The Youth Housing Support - Rover provides housing and support to at-risk youth experiencing homelessness or fleeing violence, focusing on driving youth to appointments and addressing individual needs around mental health and life skills. This full-time role operates within a team environment using a holistic approach to help youth make healthy choices and transition toward a brighter future. The position involves regular travel between Society locations to ensure appropriate program coverage and operational needs.
