Youth Intervention Specialist

The Youth Intervention Specialist provides 24-hour supervision and guidance to program participants while assisting with their daily activities and implementing Individual Service Plans. The role involves maintaining timely documentation, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a safe environment for youth in the Next Step Youth Shelter and Independent Living programs.
