Youth Justice Worker

This role within the Youth & Justice Service combines case management for child victims of youth crime with direct work supporting children and young people completing Reparation as part of their Court Orders. The position involves building trusting relationships, delivering child-centred interventions, and collaborating with families, victims, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and community repair. The successful candidate will work across Leicestershire to support children towards brighter futures while ensuring safeguarding remains at the heart of all practice.
