Youth Justice Worker

This role within the Youth & Justice Service combines case management for child victims of youth crime with direct work supporting children and young people completing Reparation as part of Court Orders. The position involves building trusting relationships, delivering tailored interventions, and using restorative approaches to help young people understand the impact of their actions and make positive contributions to their communities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, victims, and partner agencies to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing remain central to all support provided.
