Youth Literacy Instructor

The Youth Literacy Instructor provides targeted, evidence-based reading interventions to youth in grades K-12 using culturally and age-appropriate curriculum and materials. This in-person role involves leading, teaching, and evaluating youth in one-to-one or small-group settings across various Saint Paul Public Schools and community sites during after-school and summer programming. The position requires collaboration with school staff and families to support youth literacy development and maintain accurate participant records.
