Youth Mentor

The Youth Mentor position is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of youth ranging in age from 10 to 17 years, acting as a role model, mentor, and advocate for those facing behavioral, legal, and substance abuse challenges. The role involves providing a structured, positive environment, coaching youth on appropriate behaviors, and ensuring their overall health, safety, and security within a crisis shelter or group home setting. This position also includes monitoring facility security, preparing meals, and transporting youth to school and appointments.
