Youth Mentor

The Youth Mentor position is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of youth ranging in age from 10 to 17 years, acting as role models, mentors, and advocates to young people facing various challenges. The role involves providing a structured, positive environment, coaching on appropriate behaviors, and ensuring the overall health, safety, and security of assigned youth. This position also includes monitoring facility activities, preparing meals, and transporting youth to school and appointments.
