Youth Mentor

The Youth Mentor is responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of youth aged 10 to 17 in a crisis shelter or group home setting. This role involves acting as a role model, mentor, and advocate while providing a structured, positive environment and coaching youth on appropriate behaviors. The position also includes monitoring facility security, preparing meals, and transporting youth to school and appointments.
