Youth Mentor

Family Focus is seeking a Youth Mentor to provide individualized mentoring to youth ages 10-21 in Chicago communities. The role involves building positive, trusting relationships through consistent one-to-one sessions to offer guidance, encouragement, and support for youth development. This position aims to strengthen safety, well-being, and social capital for participants while reducing isolation and risk of violence. The mentor will facilitate group outings and help expand positive adult support networks for the youth.
