The Youth Participation Worker at The Salvation Army engages young people in program design and decision-making across youth services, ensuring their voices inform service delivery and community initiatives. This is a permanent part-time role based in St Kilda, VIC, reporting to the Client Services Coordinator (After Hours) and focused on supporting youth participation across onsite, offsite and community activities.
