The Youth Program Assistant supports the leadership, development, and growth of youth, family, and outreach ministries at the El Cajon Corps and East County Red Shield. This role cultivates ministries that evangelize, disciple, and nurture spiritual growth while connecting community program participants to the worshipping life of the Corps. Working alongside corps leadership, the assistant provides support for youth programs, discipleship groups, camps, seasonal initiatives, special events, family services, and other ministry opportunities as assigned.
Kroc Community Centers provide something for all ages: sports, aquatics, senior programs, youth camps & education, social services, ministry, and more.
