Youth Program Instructor

Youth Program Instructors at Rock Spot Climbing are responsible for providing excellent customer service to young students and their families by running weekly classes and special programming at their facilities. The role involves working under the supervision of Program and Gym Managers to create a safe, positive, and productive learning atmosphere for a 10-week session. Instructors teach hard skills and technique in small group settings while managing the flow of activities and learning. The position requires professional communication with students and parents, personalized lesson planning, and effective teamwork as part of the floor staff.
