Youth Program Leader

The Youth Program Leader role at ICAN involves working directly with K-6 youth to lead structured activities, supervise recess, and manage discipline within in-school and afterschool programs. The position focuses on building and implementing a quality youth program that enriches participants with confidence, character, and competence while ensuring a safe and organized learning environment. The role also includes mentoring youth, facilitating research-based curriculum, and supporting homework help and educational activities.
