The Senior Youth Program Specialist supports the IRC Washington Youth Program in Spokane, WA, working to expand educational and enrichment opportunities for youth from refugee and immigrant backgrounds. The role contributes to IRC’s Individualized Tutoring, School Support, and Family Engagement initiatives to help students accelerate English acquisition, literacy, and school navigation. This is a part-time, limited-term community-facing role based in the IRC office with regular work in homes, schools, and remote settings.
