Youth Program Staff

The Youth Program Staff member serves as the primary staff responsible for the wellbeing of program participants, implementing recreational activities and leading programs. This role involves closely supervising participants during all activities and field trips while enforcing safety standards and district policies. The position requires maintaining open communication with supervisors and providing exceptional customer service to families and the community.
