Youth Programs Coordinator

This role is responsible for the preparation, organization, and daily operations of youth programs at the YMCA, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 12 years. The position involves interacting positively with children and parents, building relationships with families, and maintaining compliance with safety and child protection policies. The coordinator also serves as a role model for staff and volunteers while managing facility cleanliness and administrative tasks.
