Youth Support Worker - C.R.E.W

C.R.E.W. is a dynamic afterschool program dedicated to supporting youth mental health by providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for young individuals to thrive. The Youth Support Worker will build meaningful relationships with youth, facilitate engaging group activities focused on mental health and personal development, and assist in developing workshops on resilience and coping strategies. This role involves monitoring emotional and behavioral needs, collaborating with program staff and community partners, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure youth safety and well-being.
