Solent Youth Action
The Youth Support Worker will support vulnerable young people aged 10-25 in a variety of activities such as youth clubs, holiday schemes, volunteering and mentoring, helping them build confidence, social skills and independence. The role is flexible, part‑time and involves working both independently and as part of a supportive team to create fun, engaging experiences for the youth.
We are a Hampshire based youth charity, supporting vulnerable young people aged 10-25 with disabilities, mental health issues, young carers & young offenders.
