Youth Therapist

The Youth Therapist provides clinical support and behavioral health services to youth and families, assessing therapeutic needs and establishing therapeutic relationships to enhance overall functioning. The role involves designing and coordinating individual treatment plans, implementing clinical models, and serving as a contact point for families, agencies, and courts. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, attending staff meetings and court hearings, and ensuring a safe, violence-free treatment environment. The therapist works with culturally diverse populations and collaborates with internal and external personnel to support client progress.
