Youth Wellness Coordinator

The Youth Wellness Coordinator serves as the Project Director for Tlingit & Haida's Project AWARE, coordinating the implementation and administration of a five-year grant-funded initiative focused on youth mental health and wellness. The role involves collaborating with school districts, behavioral health providers, Tribal programs, and community partners to strengthen school-based mental health promotion, prevention, and access to services. This position oversees project planning, partnerships, training, budget monitoring, and evaluation while promoting culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches.
