Youth Worker – Full-Time Evenings

This position is located at a confidential residential program in Vancouver, providing immediate support, basic needs assistance, and connections to longer-term services for youth aged 16–21 in a safe, low-barrier environment. Staff work collaboratively to offer responsive care and support youth-led goal achievement while reporting to the Assistant Manager. The role involves maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and addressing the complex needs of at-risk, homeless, and street-involved youth.
