Youth Worker - Part-Time

This part-time Youth Worker position supports youth aged 16–21 in a voluntary residential program by providing immediate support for basic needs, connecting them to longer-term services, and facilitating youth-led goal achievement. Staff collaborate with shift partners to deliver responsive care in a safe, low-barrier environment while reporting to the Assistant Manager.
