Youth Worker

The Youth Worker serves as an emerging youth development professional within RiseBoro's school-based and community youth programs, leading groups and facilitating engaging learning experiences. This role focuses on fostering belonging, skill development, leadership, and positive relationships through intentional planning and active supervision. The position requires creating safe, inclusive environments where young people can build confidence and thrive while collaborating with program staff.
