Youth Worker

The Youth Worker provides short-term, intensive behavioral health support to youth experiencing acute emotional or psychiatric crises in a residential setting. This role focuses on rapid de-escalation, stabilization, and connecting clients to ongoing care through a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. The position involves assisting residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and participating in therapeutic interventions and care coordination.
