Youthlink Director

The Youthlink Director leads out-of-school programming within a New York City public school or PAL Center, managing elementary, middle school, and teen initiatives focused on social-emotional learning, STEM, literacy, and sports. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with SACC regulations and DYCD funding requirements, and fostering strong partnerships with the NYPD, NYCPS, and local community organizations. The position requires a dedicated leader to create a safe, inclusive environment that supports the mental health and overall well-being of youth.
