YTC Caseworker

The YTC Caseworker provides intensive case management services to youth and families involved in Rhode Island’s Juvenile Justice system, working within a collaborative team structure. This role involves delivering strengths-based supervision, crisis intervention, and community-based support to ensure client safety and successful recovery. The position requires evening and weekend coverage and active engagement with internal and external partners to facilitate access to essential services.
