Z Dock Lead

This role leads, motivates, and supports a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations and security within the Z-Dock area. The incumbent schedules work, creates documentation for picking and shipping, inspects work in progress, and performs minor furniture repairs alongside staff. They are responsible for training new employees, maintaining security access, and maximizing personnel productivity through proper discipline and technique demonstration.
