The Actuarial & Risk Associate drives actuarial and data science work for One Acre Fund’s smallholder-farmer insurance products in Zambia. This role designs and prices area yield and weather index products, models repayment risk to protect the loan portfolio against climate shocks, and serves as Interim Principal Officer of the newly licensed microinsurance aggregator entity. The position contributes to long-term microinsurance strategy and market entry across the organization.
