Zion Campus Housing Case Manager

A Safe Place is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Housing Case Manager to provide critical support services to survivors of domestic violence and their children, helping them build safe, stable, and independent futures. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating referrals for medical, mental health, legal, and financial resources. This position requires at least 70% direct client service and focuses on trauma-informed care to promote safety, healing, and long-term success.
